About

Introduction

Adam Miles is a keynote speaker, social impact entrepreneur, and founder whose work sits at the intersection of leadership, belonging, and the world’s sport — soccer.

He spent nearly 20 years on Wall Street advising venture capitalists, corporations, and high-net-worth investors. Before that, he managed international projects for a world-class automaker in Ohio and Japan — where he became near-native fluent in Japanese.

What He’s Built

In 2005, during the height of his professional journey, Adam founded Bridges To America, Inc., the organization behind Refugee Soccer. And in 2016 he walked away fully from finance to build something that truly matters. What has followed has changed his life — and the lives of thousands of young men and women around the world.

Adam is now intensely focused on growing the flagship program of Refugee Soccer, #SheBelongs, into a powerful, sustainable venture that boldly creates moments of hope and happiness for refugees while fiercely supporting young women in maximizing their innate, too often unappreciated, potential and brilliance.

Producing the feature-length documentary film #SheBelongs in 2023 has been an unexpected thrill and highlight of his career. And film #2 is in production to be released in the Fall of 2026. (See trailer here.)
